Recipe for hunting potatoes in a cauldron

Ingredients:

• Hunting sausages – 600g;

• Potatoes – 1.5kg;

• Onion – 2 pieces;

• Bulgarian pepper – 1 piece;

• Garlic - 3tooth;

• Dill;

• Vegetable oil;

• Suneli hops – 2h.l;

• Turmeric – 2h.l;

• Freshly ground pepper;

• Salt;

We start cooking with potatoes. It must be cut into slices, as for potatoes in a rustic way. We divide each tuber into 8 approximately equal lobules and set aside. You don't need to do anything else with potatoes.

We cut the hunting sausages into oblong slices.

Peel the onion and cut it into large circles. To make the onion pieces look better in the final dish, I recommend that you put the onion heads vertically on the slice and cut it into circles in this plane. Cut red bell pepper into strips. Finely chop the garlic and dill.

We turn to the cauldron. We put it on fire. Pour vegetable oil into the cauldron. Evenly distribute it along the walls with a slotted spoon. We send potatoes to the cauldron. Fry it for 10 minutes. When the potatoes start to turn golden. It is at this moment that it will be time to add salt and turmeric to it. Mix the contents of the cauldron. When the potatoes are fried for another 10 minutes, take them out of the cauldron.

Add a little more vegetable oil to the cauldron and send onions with Bulgarian pepper into it. Fry them together a little and add hunting sausages to the vegetables. From the spices, add 2h.l. hops-suneli, as well as ground black pepper. We add it to taste. Mix the contents of the cauldron.

We return the potatoes that we cooked earlier to the cauldron. Add dill and garlic and mix everything together. After 5 minutes, the potatoes will be completely ready for hunting.
